Carrier Frequency is a Rock Band from San Diego's North County. Formed in the summer of 2019, Rick Whitby(Guitar/Vox), Jared Hren(Drums), Steven Skinner(Bass/Vox), bring forth their brand of rock music that harkens back to San Diego's rock heyday of the early 90s.
